The combination of an outgoing personality, attention to detail, and respect for the client’s interests sent Dylan’s sales career on a vertical trajectory that just keeps climbing. His move to Calgary in 2009 was the result of a significant promotion to become the Western Canada Sales Manager for one of North America’s largest construction industry rental companies. While with Integrity Worldwide, Dylan has consistently outperformed his quota targets by an average of 20 per cent. He achieved sales of $500,000 in the first three months of the company’s re-launch in Calgary.
Dylan honed his negotiating skills and business acumen during his time with Integrity and on the sales floor at the family business, Mark’s Motorsports, in Branford, Ontario. In both positions, he regularly developed and delivered presentations, negotiated pricing and wrote detailed contracts for clients. Customer relations and industry knowledge drove his success as it continues to do in his role as a Sotheby’s Realtor.
Dylan brings a keen knowledge of the home building industry and commercial market to his realty partnership with his wife, Shannon. His analytical mindset and business acumen, combined with her love of design and commitment to functionality, came together to create a formidable, customer-focused team that works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for their clients.
