Don Thomas is the Managing Broker for Peace Sotheby's International Realty’s Georgetown County Offices serving Murrells Inlet, Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island & Georgetown. With a reputation for outstanding Service and Professionalism, Don delivered consistent results as a Top Producing agent in the area for Resort and Residential sales for years and as a managing Broker since 2008. He has held all executive office positions for the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors(CCAR) including President in 2019. Don has been a state director for the SC Realtors (2016-2020), is a member of the Professional Standards and Legislative committees and in 2013 received the CCAR Realtor Image Award in 2013. As the Past President for the Kiwanis Club of Pawleys Island, Board member for the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce and currently serving on the BOD for the Pawleys Island Festival of Music, Don enjoys being involved in community service. Don’s love of music started in junior high and he worked as a professional musician (guitar) & singer for nearly 20 years. As a songwriter he wrote and produced an album of Golf Songs entitled 'Thank God For The 19th Hole' (check it out on Spotify) and still stays active performing live music with various local bands and solo performances including leading contemporary worship services for local churches and ministries. Originally from New Jersey, Don became officially ‘southern by marriage’ in 1985 and he and his wife Paula have enjoyed raising their family in the 'low-country' lifestyle along the coast of South Carolina.
