Donna lives in Alexandria, Virginia and has been a Realtor in the community for many years. She was born in Cape Cod, Massachusetts and later moved to the suburbs of Boston. Donna is licensed in Maryland and Virginia and is familiar with multiple markets and all aspects of the real estate business. Her breath of experience will guide both buyers and sellers in making intelligent real estate choices. Donna has experience as a general contractor investing, building, renovating and designing residential luxury and commercial properties for over 30 years. She has been actively involved in entitling and subdividing numerous residential and commercial projects throughout the DC Metro area. Over the years, Donna has invested, designed, staged and flipped many properties. Investing and an eye for the deal is one of Donna’s strong points. She is an accredited stager and has a background in design. Donna’s experience and business interests go beyond real estate. She is an equity partner in multiple restaurants in the Baltimore/Washington/Virginia area and she manages the family wine vineyard with her two grown sons and husband of 29 years. When Donna is not helping her clients, she enjoys boating, traveling and playing tennis. Several years ago Donna teamed up with Andrea Courduvelis to mesh together a lifetime of experience as a team that is result orientated.
