A native Virgin Islander and a mother, Doane Dariah, a Realtor and a residential developer for almost a decade, loves to live in America's Paradise and loves to share her culture and island living to all that she greets. After acquiring a bachelor's degree in Human Ecology with a concentration of Dietetics and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2000, Ms. Dariah moved back home and fell in love with her island life on St. Croix and haven't moved since! Since 2007, Ms. Dariah has been a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, during that time she has demonstrated excellent leadership skills by volunteering free nutrition hours to Early Head Start Program for the children, feeding the homeless and helping spread cancer awareness and prevention throughout her community. In addition, Ms. Dariah loves island politics and has worked and lobbied Senators, Delegate to Congress and former Governors to vote on legislation that will bring about positive changes in her community.
