Denise is a fourth-generation real estate professional from the Atlanta area. Her great-grandfather was the first licensed real estate broker in Cobb County.

Having grown up in East Cobb and living for the last 23 years in Alpharetta, Denise has an extensive knowledge of North Atlanta, including Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Norcross, Dunwoody, Cumming and Lake Lanier.

With her background in marketing, she is committed to aggressively and appropriately marketing her listings to sell quickly. She enjoys working with new homebuyers and home sellers with a goal of getting to the closing table as easily as possible for her clients.

She believes that the client always comes first. Denise is known to be very service-oriented and pleasantly persistent in getting the job done.

Early in Denise's real estate career, she was a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and has helped many families avoid foreclosure and short sale of their homes. She has dealt closely with sellers and bank negotiators, acting as a bridge and a liaison to make sure every step is complete in the process.

Denise currently resides in Johns Creek with her husband, Tim and three boys, Parker, Peyton and Palmer. In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time on Lake Lanier with her family, playing tennis and pickleball and walking. She is a member of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta.
