Debra's experience as a Certified Relocation Specialist enables families a smooth transition to and from the DC area, both locally and abroad. She leverages her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty to provide her clients with the tools, resources, and global connections needed to exceed their expectations consistently.
While listening carefully to her clients' wants and needs, Debra's primary goal is to help them attain their desired outcome and live their dream lifestyle. First-hand experience in home renovation gives Debra the ability to manage the complex process of preparing a home for the market by coordinating contractors and staging so that the home is shown at its best. Her expertise and hard work have benefited a range of clients, including downsizing retirees, clients with estate sales, investors, growing families, and first-time homebuyers.
In addition to her work in residential real estate, Debra has a special interest in infill building and land development. She assists her clients throughout the entire process of new construction, helping them bring their vision to life. In her free time, Debra enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep her active and engaged. She likes boating, hiking, and gourmet cooking, especially when paired with a fine wine. Recently, Debra has also taken up pickleball at her local Lifetime Fitness, a fun and challenging new experience. And for a real adrenaline rush, Debra is a member of the Potomac Chapter of the Porsche Club of America and loves high-performance driving in her Porsche Macan Turbo.
