Debra Dent is a Luxury Home REALTOR® and Developer Liaison with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. A real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience, she embodies very distinct and dynamic traits, which, in turn, have aided her in becoming one of the firm’s top producing agents. Starting her career in the corporate sector as a sales executive for IBM, Debra developed a corporate mindset and created a master-planned vision of what her total business could encompass. Not only home sales, but development, construction and community planning.

Coupled with her desire to help clients sell and find homes in which they are truly fulfilled, Debra is perfectly suited to find or create the luxury home of her client’s dreams. Debra has signed over $200 million in new development business to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. These luxury communities include the amazing Avalon (Alpharetta), One Museum Place (Atlanta), Alpharetta Lofts (Alpharetta), West Main Townhomes (Alpharetta), Houze Overlook (Roswell) and several new developments slated for a 2025 completion.

In 2018, Debra created TheNewHomesCollection.com, a niche real estate platform focused on new construction homes and communities. Her relationships with these industry sellers, buyers, builders, architects, developers, land planners and corporate executives afford her sought-after knowledge, and with comprehensive and diverse experience, she brings a unique and unmatched perspective to luxury homes listings and purchases.

Debra and her husband have lived in Alpharetta for more than 20 years. They have two children who live California and love the West Coast life. Debra is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and is an avid SEC college football fan. Also an insane dog lover, Debra is training to be a Canine Assistance foster parent.
