An Oregonian for over 30 years, she came to Central Oregon two decades ago to pursue a career in real estate while co-owning and managing a high end custom home building company, Sun Ridge Building, Company, LLC. Her tireless work ethic resulted in a successful business in luxury resort sales before she purchased the Sotheby’s International Realty franchise in 2005. Today, under her leadership, Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty has 12 offices throughout Oregon and Washington, over 300 brokers and regarded as one of the leading real estate luxury brokerage firms in the state. Assembling a top management team allows Deb to do what she has done best since she started in the real estate industry over 25 years ago: providing top customer service for the buyers and sellers in Bend and the surrounding area.
