Her expertise has been acquired from 20 years of owning and operating a local plumbing business. She brings with her a unique perspective on home ownership from a construction standpoint and its importance as an investment. Real estate has always been a passion of Dawn’s. She has a keen sense of potential in properties and can translate that into reality for her clients. As a Realtor, her first priority is making her clients happy and comfortable in each step of the process. Listening to the client’s wants and needs are the keys to success in earning and achieving the highest level of satisfaction in every transaction. When she is not working, Dawn enjoys tending to her dahlia garden, cooking for friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors year-round.
