David’s extensive background began with his family’s construction business, which gave him a sincere understanding of homes from a structural perspective. David started his own company, Route 66 Studios, where he worked with major motion films in New Mexico for over 20 years, and he has also owned several art galleries in downtown Santa Fe and has a profound art knowledge. David earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international business studies from the University of New Mexico.

In his real estate practice, David is aggressive and well-known in the industry both as a Realtor and for assisting other brokers in the Santa Fe Association of Realtors as a current member of the Board of Directors.
