As a previous Market Analyst, Dave has consulted with CEO’s and presidents of Utah home builders like Centex Homes, DR Horton, FieldStone, Daybreak and GCD, Inc. to name a few. These close relationships have given him keen insight into the Wasatch front and its unique housing market. He understands what makes Utah special in terms of immigration and relocation, job growth, unemployment rates and overall growth within the local housing market. These areas of expertise allow his clients to know that they are in the hands of an expert.

Originally from San Diego CA, Dave has lived in Oregon, Ecuador, Idaho and now calls Utah home. Living here for over 18 years has made him a true BYU fan and if he isn’t watching football or basketball games, he’s at the gym or spending time with his beautiful wife and five children planning their next adventure. In his free time, you can find Dave honing his tennis game alongside his family or delving into his love of classic cars.
