Her experience in and around Northern Virginia has made her a staple of the real estate industry and in the community for years. One of her greatest achievements is after several years as an agent with RE/MAX, she ran her own brokerage, Pardo Realty for over 7 years. Her record truly speaks for itself, in 2015 she was inducted into the RE/MAX Real Estate Hall of Fame. In 2021, she was awarded the Top Producer 20-year Member Award by the Realtor Association of Prince William. She has sold over $140 million worth of Real Estate in her illustrious career. She is a Certified Military Expert with numerous distinguished clients working at both the White House and the Pentagon.

She has been married to her husband Alan for 33 years and together they have raised 2 boys. Their oldest has stayed closer to home working in in the Hilton hospitality industry in Washington, DC. Their youngest is a graduate of West Point, commissioned as an Army Officer.

She is known in the community for her enthusiasm and professionalism. Having given countless hours to the Prince William Hospital neonatal unit, an active parent in various local schools, and sports events. She gives great pleasure in giving back to her community. Her most recent endeavor was collecting food for the Haymarket Food Pantry during the Covid-19 pandemic. To find her next volunteer opportunity, she continuously seeks where her skills can best be used.

Outside of the office, she loves to travel to new places with some of her favorite destinations including South America, the Caribbean Islands, and Europe. Having grandparents from both Italy and Spain, the art and immense passion of cooking has become ingrained in her life. As a young girl, her grandmother made her sit on a stool and watch her cook. The final product was a cookbook of her grandmother’s recipes, which are still used in her home today.
