Prior to her role in Maine, Dana managed Pacific Sotheby's International Realty offices in Carlsbad, Encinitas, and San Elijo Hills, California, overseeing residential sales exceeding over a billion dollars. Joining Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty was a natural fit for Dana, as it aligns with her mission to deliver the highest quality service, experience, and professionalism through cutting-edge technology, superior marketing and engaged support for real estate professionals in Maine and New Hampshire. Her goal is to exceed expectations and help agents and their clients achieve extraordinary real estate results.

Dana's career has been marked by a passion for growth and a commitment to going the extra mile. After successfully building an award-winning real estate team in Las Vegas, Nevada, she expanded her reach to coach other teams and offices in Texas, Arizona, and California. With extensive experience in direct sales, client acquisition, team building, technical training, and risk management, Dana obtained an Advanced Professional Coaching certificate after four years of training. Her dedication to promoting and protecting homeownership led her to become the Realtor Community Action Delegate with the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, where she served two terms on the Board of Directors and held the Treasurer position for three years. In 2019, Dana received the Realtor Token of Gratitude for her industry leadership and was nominated for Manager of the Year.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dana finds joy in traveling with her husband and two kids, volunteering with non-profit organizations, savoring a hot cup of coffee, and exploring trails and the water.
