Since 2014, her productive performance has earned her the Platinum level for the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence. With over $25 million in sales and over 60 units closed annually, Cindy and the Ruggiero Group were also included in REAL Trends’ compilation of the top ½ of 1 % of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals across all real estate companies. Also reflecting the satisfied clients Cindy has worked with from home search to closing is her recognition as a Five Star New Jersey Agent for nine consecutive years.

To serve her clients’ needs, Cindy has put together the “The Ruggiero Group” a team of top level professionals to enhance customer service whether selling or buying, and to provide the highest level of client satisfaction. Led by Cindy, The Ruggiero Group consists of marketing and tech specialists as well as two additional real estate agents, Alena and Kim, to help with all aspects of a real estate transaction.

Alena Field is a licensed real estate agent who provides executive level support to Cindy in the office and out in the field. Not only does the client receive the personal attention that has made Cindy a success, but Alena provides website support and sophisticated social media marketing for sellers and buyers.

M. Kim Harwanko is a licensed real estate agent who brings a lifetime of local living and a strong background in marketing. Her deep roots in Morris and Somerset Counties offer and intimate knowledge of the area and a keen understanding of what makes each area special.

Cindy has also compiled a trusted network of auxiliary professionals among which are attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors. Home inspectors are enlisted for pre-home sale inspections and post-contract home inspection allowing for issues can be addressed quickly.

A Bernardsville native, whose family owned BANTAM STORES, located in Mendham, Chatham, Warren & Hillsborough, and currently a 38-year resident of Long Valley, Cindy has volunteered as an elected West Morris Regional High School Board of Education member for eight years, coached girls traveling soccer and Morris County select soccer, as well as working with “Turning the Town Teal” for ovarian cancer awareness.

Cindy and the Ruggiero Team serve buyers and sellers of luxury, residential, new, multi-family, and with an affiliate, Peter Ruggiero, commercial properties in western Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon and South Warren Counties.
