Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, she was a director at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, positioning and promoting the $120 million redevelopment of the resort. In recognition of her outstanding leadership, Crissy was awarded The Ritz-Carlton Mustang Award.

Previously, Crissy was a journalist at CNN covering domestic and international news with an emphasis on feature reports on exclusive travel, food, wine, and lifestyle stories around the world. She also served as a Contributing Editor for the CBS magazine Watch! section GILT, a curated look at the trendsetting luxury lifestyle.

Crissy is active in Palm Beach, serving as chairman or committee member of philanthropic organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and American Ballet Theater.
