Cliff Leinonen brings with him an impressive background of valuable insight and real estate market knowledge spanning over 20 years. He has bought and sold many cash flow properties, is
an investor and a landlord, as well as previously having two modular home dealerships. Cliff has experience in new construction, land development, zoning, and subdivisions. He has commercial
experience, recently negotiating a lease and sale for Domino’s Pizza. Cliff is most proud of being able to work with multiple agencies and constituents, including Mass Audubon, to forever
preserve the Sibley/Warner Farms in Central Mass.

Cliff recently moved to the area purchasing a home in Wilmington, VT with his wife Cindy. Their combined passion for anything outdoors, snowboarding, cross country skiing,
snowmobiling, and hiking had them in VT most winters. Cliff was a boy scout growing up and believes in the motto “be prepared”. He is a member of the Scouting National Honor Society
Order of the Arrow. Cliff is an avid snowboarder, skier, and salmon fisherman. He loves volleyball, the stock market and business news, rock collecting, and most of all Cliff enjoys
spending time with his wife, family, friends, and yellow lab.

He was born and raised in central Massachusetts. Cliff graduated from UMass Lowell with a Business degree with a minor in economics. Cliff and Cindy working as a team in both Mass and Vermont and are newly licensed in Vermont. Cliff is the Owner/Broker of Houseworks Realty in Massachusetts which he runs with his wife Cindy. He is exceptionally proud to now also be associated with Sotheby’s Four Seasons Realty where he has access to the latest technology and extensive wealth of resources. With his entrepreneurial background, college degrees, and years in the business, Cliff has the ideal foundation for handling all your real estate needs.
