Broker associate Cindy Zhao Strelecky is an expert on waterfront living in Central Florida. She has lived in the area and served real estate customers for 17 years. Known for her specific and in-depth understanding of waterfront properties and her dedication to serving her customers' needs, she is honored to help buyers enjoy all that waterfront living offers.

Having relocated to Florida from Chicago 18 years ago, Cindy recognizes that customers' backgrounds, hobbies and lifestyles are all critical aspects of selecting the perfect property. She takes the time to understand all that buyers are looking for in their dream home. Likewise, when she markets a seller's home, Cindy knows how to showcase the unique qualities that make the property attractive to potential buyers.

Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2020, Cindy was the owner and broker of a boutique Florida brokerage firm. She established a strong niche in many aspects of real estate, including managing new construction sales projects for builders; commercial and industrial sales; land acquisition; multi-family investment; and residential sales for buyers and sellers.

Strong negotiating skills and a caring attitude are hallmarks of the way she serves her customers. In addition to English, Cindy is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She is also a Real Estate Negotiation Expert.

Cindy has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University. Along with spending time with her family, she spends her free time supporting educational foundations, speaking at the local Toastmasters International club, cycling, hiking, boating, listening to music and podcasts, and connecting with friends.
