Chris earned his living reviewing market analysis, forming an opinion of value, understanding his clients' needs, and negotiating the best value to benefit his clients.

Decades of financial experience matched with negotiating value landed Chris and his business interests the opportunity to buy and develop multiple franchises within Monmouth and Ocean Counties. This firsthand experience has afforded him valuable knowledge in the commercial real estate market as well.

With his roots in the Monmouth County area running deep beginning with attending Rumson schools, Chris and his wife Teresa found their dream home in Fair Haven. Growing up in a close knit community, his appreciation and knowledge of our area and all it offers, as well as an understanding of changes and traditions over numerous decades is an immeasurable value in the Shore area real estate market.

As important, Chris has made these decisions for himself and his family. Raising three kids in Fair Haven with his wife, attending thousands of games, committee meetings and events, Chris understands the most important factors facing a family or business during these decisions.
