I moved to Essex 8 years ago to enjoy the beauty of the Connecticut River and the shoreline. Now I am anxious to share this beauty with you! Prior to my move I lived in the Litchfield County Area for over 20 years. Before joining William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty I was an Assistant Vice President Mortgage Banker at Webster Bank servicing the Litchfield County area with an office in Litchfield specializing in second home, construction and primary home financing. I had the market share for lending in the LItchfield County area for many years. Prior to that I owned and operated Chris Gemelli Preferred Properties with offices in Goshen and Litchfield providing real estate services to the Litchfield County area. I was member of the Northwestern Ct Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of the Litchfield County Board of Realtors.

Having been in sales and service industry all of these years it has given me the experience necessary to be successful in my careers. I am now anxious to provide the same services to individuals that are looking to move to the shoreline area and to those that have lived in the shoreline area and are ready to move to other locations for their own personal needs.
