Christine Bradley is originally from Miami and is a graduate of Florida State University. She has been in the real estate business for nearly 30 years and prides herself on being a market expert, a luxury specialist and a savvy businesswoman who has built a top-notch team.

Her vast experience in new construction, renovating and staging make her a highly qualified agent for buying a dream home and getting a home sold for the best price possible in the shortest amount of time, all while listening to her client’s needs.

As a Vinings resident, Christine specializes in the communities of Vinings and Smyrna, and as a Buckhead REALTOR® having started her own business on the south side, she is well versed in many types of transactions, situations and personalities. While living and working in Atlanta, she continues to invest in her community and her business.

Debbie Kosmahl

Debbie began her real estate career in 1997 where she flourished helping buyers and sellers up and down the Atlanta 400 corridor. In 2004, she temporarily became a full-time mother, but in 2015, she rejoined her dear friend and mentor Christine Bradley in the ever-changing and exciting real estate industry. Today, Debbie is thrilled to be a part of The Christine Bradley Team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty representing buyers and sellers across Metro Atlanta and beyond.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Debbie attended Georgia State University where she received a bachelor's degree in marketing. With years of experience, wisdom, a growing network and market expertise, Debbie ensures a seamless transaction for her clients.

Debbie is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, where she has earned numerous designations, including Fine Homes Specialist, Accerdited Buyer's Representative(ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist(CRS). She and her husband, Herb, live in Buckhead with their son and daughter, who attend The Lovett School, and their Havensese puppy, Willee.
