Some of these properties include a Sagaponack waterfront asking $19.995 million, the prestigious John Randolph Hearst Jr. Estate asking $8.5 million, the Estate of Arthur O. Sulzberger asking $11.95 million, Edge of Woods Farm asking $12.5. million, and the 'Bois Dorés' Estate asking $14 million.
Known for her design sense and her very tasteful and eye-catching targeted marketing campaigns, Christina has also represented and sold some of the most prestigious properties in Sag Harbor Village including the historic L’Hommedieu House on Captains Row—as well as some of the most discrete and sought-after waterfront properties in the Hamptons. She listed and sold one of these coveted waterfronts on Glover Street in Sag Harbor for $10,150,100, almost $3 million higher than the asking price in the first week of listing and then subsequently sold several other waterfronts and inland properties in this highly valued area also in the first week of being on the market, selling over the asking price each time.
