About me I have experienced first hand how exciting yet challenging moving and buying and selling homes can be. Being involved in the Nuclear Industry we would relocate approximately every two years. I feel fortunate that we have called the Tri-Cities home since 1991 and have enjoyed living, working, playing while raising my family here. My residential real estate expertise includes new construction sales, buyer and seller agency, certified negotiation training, and marketing condominium and retirement communities. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist I have had the opportunity to assist Seniors with selling their larger homes and downsizing to a smaller condo or retirement community.
