She is extremely knowledgeable about the area’s school systems, as well as other amenities, ensuring clients have everything they need to make smart decisions. Chalimar maintains a wide network of trusted service providers for those in need of recommendations. Her eye for design and “good bones” has helped many recognize diamond-in-the-rough homes with incredible potential. Growing up in Austin, Chalimar preferred Architectural Digest and Robb Report over Tiger Beat and Bop magazine. Before going full speed into sales, Chalimar made it a point to learn all aspects of the Austin real estate market, including the back end and contract to close process. She entered the industry as a licensed broker’s assistant before transitioning into an Operations Manager position at the Morshed Group at Kuper Sotheby’s where she handled all back-end operations and support on the residential side of business. She has extensive experience leading interfaces between title companies and lenders as well as creating listing presentations, buyer and relocation packages, and CMAs. Today, she continues to draw on these skills when confidently guiding her clients through even the most complex transactions.

Chalimar is a mom to three amazing kids who are the lights of her life. She has been married to her best friend for the past six years—the couple just renewed their vows this past summer. Chalimar and her family love being outside, hiking through the Greenbelt, and watching Manchester United and Austin FC games. She also loves cooking, gardening, and taking photos in her free time.
