Carol has been a Vermont licensed real estate professional since 1976. Prior to merging with Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, Carol was Managing Broker of the Manchester Village office of Lang McLaughry Real Estate, and had been selling residential property in the Manchester/Dorset area for the past 25 years. Previously she worked in the Stratton/Winhall area as well as the Okemo/Ludlow resort area. In January 2017 Carol was named Regional Manager, Southern Vermont Region (which includes the offices at Okemo (Ludlow), Stratton (Winhall), Bromley (Londonderry), Mt. Snow (West Dover) and Manchester. January 2020 Carol stepped back from the management team to return to her first love; selling real estate. Though not a native of Vermont, Carol grew up in Manchester Village and attended local schools. She is a past President of the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors, Inc., and 2002 Realtor® of the Year. Carol is currently Vice Chair of the Burr and Burton Academy Board of Trustees. She has one son, Ian, who after receiving his Master’s in Public Policy at the Kennedy School at Harvard, is now teaching in Rabat, Morocco at the American School of Rabat. Carol also has two very spoiled Maltese doggies, Tess & JoJo. A consistent top producer, Carol is the one to call if you want to list your home in the Southern Vermont market.
