Carolina’s South Florida roots run deep. Raised in Miami, she established a career in NYC & CT, before returning to Palm Beach. She has her pulse on the area’s local economy, schools, cultural hubs and recreational opportunities. She loves it here and loves what she does. Excelling at showcasing your home’s strengths and sourcing the right buyer, Carolina stays on the cusp of market conditions, utilizes the latest technology and scripts savvy on social media. She works in all price ranges, from first-time home buyers to waterfront and golf communities. She will leverage her personal network and Sotheby’s global network to her clients’ advantage. She has been the spokesperson for companies like Sony, Macys, CoverGirl and Microsoft. Prior to real estate, Carolina worked for some of the biggest names in media, including both TIME and Newsweek magazines, Conde Nast Traveler, Yahoo and InStyle. She still profiles designers, entrepreneurs and icons through various media and on her blog, BarefootPalmBeach.
A Duke grad (BA, Economics) who sailed for the varsity team, Carolina places a premium on education and continuously takes courses to improve her real estate acumen.
When not obsessing about real estate, Carolina spends time with her family (two sets of twins!), volunteers with middle and high school students, plays tennis and relishes all Palm Beach has to offer.
