I began in real estate in 1978 during a time of interest rates in the double digits....We spent a lot of time on creative financing. And agent qualified clients before approaching a lender.

I left to spend more time with my family and devote time to study and work in the visual arts.

I spent 20 years as a decorative painter and artist where my business was grown solely through referrals.

My goal in the real estate business is to represent clients in the purchasing and selling of single family homes and income property in a way that echoes the highest ethical and professional standards. I am focused on building lifelong relationships.

I consistently placed in the top of the sales team at Luger, a company that won Century 21 awards for excellent customer service from the national office. In moving my business to Sotheby's, I continue that excellence with satisfied, happy clients.

Specialties: My specialty is sales/marketing in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. I am a resident of NE Minneapolis. I am an artist, dancer, and gardener. I love travel, making art, paddling dragon boats and live music.
