A native Angeleno, Carlos Constanza has over 15 years of real estate experience working alongside some of the top producing agents in Los Angeles. Carlos has participated in thousands of real estate transactions at all price points throughout Greater Los Angeles and its surrounding counties. Carlos has gained extensive knowledge in customer service and contract negotiation skills, making him a trusted advisor with the tools and experience needed to successfully guide clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate.

Starting his real estate career working at TheMLS.com, Carlos worked as a compliance officer enforcing the rules and regulations and went on to train real estate agents in using the MLS system, hosting training sessions from LA to Palm Springs. Motivated by the success of his trainees, Carlos went on to obtain his real estate license and joined the staff assisting hundreds of agents working at Douglas Elliman (Teles Properties), The Beverly Hills Estates, and Sotheby's International Realty, where he learned the trade from top agents. Carlos has since decided to take his experience and focus on his buyers and sellers exclusively.

Real estate is in his blood, purchasing his first property at the age of 23 in his hometown of Huntington Park. When he is not helping clients, Carlos can be found hiking the trails at Griffith Park, biking, golfing, snowboarding, or hanging out alongside his cat, Kitty. Carlos tambíen habla Español.
