While studying psychology, in between semesters, Candace Carroll traveled through Europe where she gained an appreciation and passion for design and architecture. She took her passion into real estate in 2004. Drawing from years of experience as a real estate investment entrepreneur, she has developed a fairly unique skill set giving her expertise in the subtle art of negotiating along with her sharp attention to detail. She has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly client care and proven ability to guide her clients with her calming way of staying cool under pressure. She believes that buying and selling a home should be an exciting, fun, and an enjoyable process. Making every step stress free and thoroughly transparent is her top priority to ensure that her clients feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way. As a Los Angeles area native, she has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across Southern California. Her intimate knowledge and her experiences of having lived here all of her life gives her enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home. Known to be young at heart with an old soul. If she isn’t at a Roger Waters or David Gilmore show, she is daydreaming of a Pink Floyd reunion tour. She resides in West Hollywood with her husband and two yorkie’s, Luna and Pippy. If you ever see her out and she doesn’t say hi, its highly possible it’s because it’s not her it’s her twin sister.
