As a Santa Barbara native, Caitlin Racich offers vital insight and perspective on the local real estate market. Having spent time attending, teaching, and coaching in local schools, Caitlin is deeply connected to the Santa Barbara community and enjoys every opportunity she gets to help people find their dream home in paradise. Her family's history of building and selling homes—combined with her background in foreclosure sales, trustee sale auctions, vacation rentals, and interior design—has given her a wealth of relevant industry knowledge.


Caitlin is driven by a strong work ethic and a persistent commitment to her clients. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains steady under pressure, a skill she attributes to her experience playing elite level division-one athletics in college. Caitlin is also proficient in Spanish, has lived abroad in Argentina and Spain, and is a Three-Time Beach Volleyball National Champion. She received the “30 Under 30” prestigious AVCA Coaches Award and continues to play and coach privately.
