Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
I have long appreciated the value of real estate both from a personal and a financial perspective. Years ago at West Hills Elementary School in the town where I grew up, I had a teacher, his name I can’t remember now, who talked to us about the various properties he owned. He may have owed a ton of money as a result, but it was all working for him and he was on track to retire early and live well. I never forgot about the opportunities that real estate can provide. Since then, my appreciation of the value of property has continued and with more life experience, this has broadened to include an interest in architecture, culture and community as well. I always check out the local real estate market where ever my wife and I travel. I have been to many open houses in so many places throughout the community so my main area of focus and expertise is in Queens, and primarily Forest Hills where my family and I have lived for nearly 20 years. Over these years I have gotten to know literally hundreds of people in the community and have been active in leadership roles in several volunteer community organizations including as President of the Forest Hills Gardens home owners association, President of the Forest Hills Gardens Foundation and currently as President of the West Side Tennis Club, the former home of the US Open, where I love to play tennis. Bloomingdale’s Corporate was my work home for more than 20 years, and I was successful in multiple roles with varied responsibilities. I am an experienced negotiator, proactive communicator and budget/finance manager with a strong focus on meeting the needs of my clients. Additionally, I am someone who appreciates how significant finding the right home and right investment can be in living your best life. Terrace Sotheby’s International Realty has long been the neighborhood favorite here in Forest Hills for real estate needs, so I am very happy to be a part of this excellent team.
