Brian Benninghoff was born and raised in Dunwoody, Georgia and has called it home for over 44 years. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in economics before deciding to test his sales ability in the healthcare technology industry. In the early stages of his professional career, Brian worked with several Fortune 10 companies, which allowed him to travel extensively throughout the United States to develop his personal skills and passions. Brian’s natural ability to connect and build relationships provided the foundation for business success.

While his career in the healthcare sales industry was fruitful, he realized that his true passion was not in healthcare sales but in the fast-paced, dynamic world of real estate. He took the professional skills he learned from working with C-level executives and applied them to selling houses, resulting in wild success.

Brian opened his own brokerage in 2005 and has been a full-time registered REALTOR® ever since. His 16 years of industry knowledge combined with his 44 years of Dunwoody residency make him an expert in Atlanta real estate and relocation services. Brian's understanding of the ever-changing Atlanta market, along with his professional sales expertise, provides a unique advantage to his clients, empowering them with the necessary knowledge needed to make informed buying decisions.

Having represented clients all over the Metro Atlanta area and North Georgia, Brian specializes in the communities of Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Chamblee, Roswell, East Cobb/Marietta and the Northern Perimeter markets. Amazingly, Brian has sold over 500 homes in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. When he isn't researching local market trends or securing a dream home for one of his clients, he enjoys hiking the North Georgia mountains and volunteering with the Knights of Columbus at All Saints Catholic Church in which he cooks delicious meals and travels the globe.
