Brant Booker has sold and developed more than $900 million in real estate with over 1900

transactions. Having spent the past 20 years in the real estate business, Brant has consistently

Born and raised in a family of realtors laid the groundwork for Brant’s real estate career. But, he

credits his success to the long-term relationships he has developed, based on a foundation of

trust with clients and colleagues alike. Brant is well versed in all aspects of the real estate

industry including luxury, new construction, resale, buyer brokerage, leasing and investments.

Brant loves selling real estate because he loves helping his clients through the acquisition and

disposition of their most important investments.

Brant’s expertise in procuring land for development projects of all sizes has led to recent

transactions focused on ground-up development of mid-size apartment buildings and single

family luxury homes. Together with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Brant has

successfully brought these developments to market utilizing the latest in internet marketing, data

analytics, social media, film, photography and mobile app technologies that resulted in

Brant lives with his wife, Kristie, and two sons in the Southport Corridor. For fun, he coaches

youth hockey, plays golf and men’s hockey, and spends time with family and friends enjoying all

the great things Chicago has to offer.
