One of my professors at Cal Poly stated, “whatever you do in life, do it with the heart of a servant”.

This statement made an impression on me, and I have strived my entire life to incorporate this into everything I do. From the early days in my real estate career to today, my goal is to provide exceptional “service from the heart”.

I began my real estate career in 2002 after working in the sales department for a Caterpillar dealership in the Bay area. Sales was a natural fit and I quickly rose to the top 1% of agents nationwide. In 2005, I became the Owner and CEO of Montecino & Associates Real Estate. I built this company from the 13th ranked company to the third ranked company in our area within 3 years. I did this by building and training an excellent team, hard work, integrity, and by always putting our client's needs first.

I also established Southern Sierra Skies Enterprises which developed and built custom homes. This allowed me to gain valuable experience in land development, new home construction, and flipping homes, thus providing firsthand knowledge and advice to my clients.

I represented builders such as Lennar Homes, Littrell Homes, Oakhill, Bricker, Western, and several other custom home builders. I also expanded my business to include Go Platinum Lending, a full-service home mortgage company and Fairbanks Property Management.

I sold my companies in 2010 to the local Coldwell Banker and decided to relocate my family to Bend Oregon where I again established myself as a leader in luxury home and ranch sales. In 2014, I was offered the position of General Manager / Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate, one of the top Coldwell Banker offices in the country. My responsibilities included providing vision for growth and development as well as overseeing the real estate activities for 90 plus agents completing over 1,000 transactions per year in residential, commercial, luxury, and farm and ranch properties.

In 2019, Coldwell Banker Morris was acquired by Coldwell Banker Bain, the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the nation. I was offered the position of Principal Managing Broker and responsible for the operations of the office and the oversight of 100 plus brokers and staff throughout Central Oregon.

In 2021, my family and I decided to make a dream come true and move to Whitefish Montana. I’m excited to once again pursue my passion for selling luxury homes and ranches. With my diverse experience in all aspects of the real estate business as well as a vast network across California, Oregon and Washington, I’m able to offer my clients a level of representation and expertise that is rarely found in the industry today. I have earned several designations including Global Luxury Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert.

I’m married and have three amazing kids. I’m an avid outdoorsman and spend my free time fishing, hiking and mountain biking. In the winter I enjoy skiing and snowboarding. I have been a coach to many of my children's sports teams and a past member of Rotary International. I’m a past 4-H leader, Cub Scout Leader, and enjoy serving my community and church.
