Brandi is an experienced and passionate real estate professional. Whether buying or selling a home, Brandi is committed to meeting her clients wherever they are in their journeys to help ensure the path is easier to navigate. Past clients have found Brandi's calm presence, honesty, communication and negotiation skills critical assets to lean on when high stress situations arise, such as multiple offer scenarios, appraisals, inspections, and contract contingencies. Her knack for creative problem solving was evident well before real estate, where for over 15 years, Brandi built a career as a non-profit fundraiser, event planner, and marketer in the Treasure Valley. She helped raise significant money as an employee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Idaho, Make-A-Wish of Idaho and the Boise Art Museum, and for Giraffe Laugh Early Learning Centers serving as Board President.
Brandi’s passion for real estate goes beyond helping clients buy or sell homes. She is also a certified interior decorator and offers her expertise to refreshing and renewing spaces. Whether it’s updating furnishings, paint colors, backsplashes, flooring, or a consultation on a larger project, She loves helping people create an enjoyable space to live. Her expertise in design is an additional benefit to her clients when preparing to sell their home.
Brandi is a Boise State alumni, current resident of Eagle, ID, and enjoys a second home in McCall. Her extensive knowledge of both the Treasure Valley and Valley County, including the unique neighborhoods, lifestyles, and activities these areas offer allows her to provide important local insight.
When she isn’t talking real estate, Brandi spends her time enjoying all the luxuries of living in Idaho; trail running in the foothills of Boise or Ponderosa Park in McCall, golfing, boating on Payette Lake, skiing Bogus or Brundage, snowshoeing…she's up for almost anything.
