A fourth generation Greenwich resident, Brad Hvolbeck has an extensive history as a successful full-time real estate broker and dedicated community leader. Brad’s annual volume of real estate sales makes him consistently one of the top brokers in Greenwich and the country. Over the last 40 years, Brad has sold more than $1 billion in real estate, negotiating many notable and record-breaking sales, including a $32.5 million property that was the fourth-most-expensive transaction at the time. He has represented some of the finest estates in Greenwich and has sold more than 45% of Conyers Farm properties. In addition to his expertise in the luxury real estate market, Brad’s knowledge can be relied upon to promote properties in all price ranges. As a buyer’s broker, Brad presents appropriate properties that meet both his clients’ needs, as well as their budgets. Brad works with unparalleled skill and enthusiasm to help each client navigate the complexities of the Greenwich real estate market in order to achieve their goals.

Brad has attained the highest professional designations in the residential real estate business, including CRB, CRS and GRI. He has served seven terms as President of the Greenwich Association of Realtors and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, along with serving on the board in other capacities. For four years, Brad also served as Vice-President of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, representing six associations in Fairfield County. He has been named Realtor of the Year and has been inducted into the Realtor Hall of Fame, in addition to receiving many awards as a top producer.

Within the Greenwich community, Brad has been the recipient of numerous honors. He is a board member of the Greenwich Leadership Forum and a Trustee Emeritus of Eagle Hill School after serving 25 years on the board, six as Chairman. Brad is a former board member of the Greenwich Council of Boy Scouts of America, Greenwich Health Association and Greenwich Chamber of Commerce. An avid sportsman and athlete, Brad has played ice hockey, lacrosse and polo at the highest amateur levels, in addition to coaching youth hockey and lacrosse. He currently enjoys fishing and golf with his three sons and wife, Marijane.
