A native North Carolinian, Blair has lived in the New York metro area for 23 years. She possesses a warm Southern charm and innate politesse. And learned Yankee sense of urgency and assertiveness.

Blair has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in French and in Economics. She also holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. She has a background in underwriting professional insurance from Travelers Insurance and Chubb Insurance. In this past career Blair frequently met with and negotiated multi-million dollar insurance packages for Fortune 500 companies.

Blair has volunteered extensively in Pelham including leadership positions in Prospect Hill PTA, PTA Council of the Pelhams and the board of the Pelham Children's Center. Other volunteer positions include board positions on the Pelham Education Foundation and Pelham Hockey.

As a child, Blair loved to draw her own version of house plans and wanted to be an architect. 30 years later she is thrilled to be involved in real estate and helping families find their dream homes. She brings to the position an appreciation and knowledge of architecture and old homes.

Blair lives in Pelham Manor and has 3 children in the Pelham school system.
