As Managing Broker for the North Atlanta office, he leads a team of 150+ world-class real estate professionals and is known as a hands-on, agent-focused mentor who inspires by example. Named the Best Residential Real Estate Company in the North Atlanta market for seven consecutive years (since the award's inception) by the readers of the Appen Papers, Bill's office is a top-ranked organization that recently achieved a sales volume in excess of $1.2 billion in closed transactions. His team far outpaces the competition in the luxury space representing the affluent consumer in Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Cumming and Milton. Bill has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Atlantans in Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was recently recognized for his contributions to the Atlanta REALTORS® Association with the E. A. Isakson Award (2022). He was previously named the 2017 President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, the 2018 REALTOR® of the Year and the 2020 President's Award Winner.

A passionate supporter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Bill has been named the All-Star Visionary of the Year for South Carolina and Georgia (2023). He has previously been recognized as a top campaign fundraiser for the 2015 Annual Man & Woman of the Year campaign, which raised $1.1M for blood cancer research. He was the corporate walk chair for the Georgia chapter's 2016 Light the Night Walk, where $1.5M was raised to both fund research and support affected families. His role as the Board Chair (2020 - 2021) led to his current advisory role on the Executive Committee. Under Bill's leadership, the Georgia chapter raised over $10M annually in a 100 percent virtual environment, setting records across the organization and making it the second-largest chapter in terms of donations received in the nation.

Bill holds a degree in commerce and business administration from The University of Alabama. He and his wife, Audra, live in the Atlanta area and have two children, Carter and Leighton.
