A long-time resident of St. Albans, Vermont, Betty Charron's career in Real Estate began in 1973 as a Property Manager for Poquette & Bruley. Since 1974 she's been a licensed REALTOR, becoming and maintaining a BROKER's license since 1978. Through work with Poquette & Bruley, Hickock & Boardman, self-employment as Charron Property Management, Bob Foley Real Estate, Lang Associates, and finally Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty (FS SIR), Betty has gained an unparalleled understanding of the market in Chittenden and Franklin and Grand Isle counties. Her knowledge of the industry is from multiple perspectives - buyer, seller, property owner/landlord, and tenant - allowing her customers and clients the security that comes from a representative who has everyone's interests in mind. As the Rentals Manager for FS SIR, Betty's success is made by giving each party in a transaction equal attention and honest evaluations.
