Shortly after, she successfully closed another off-market deal, a property on coveted Windmill Lane, closing at $20 million.
2023 was no exception to Beate’s ongoing success. Once again, her skill and deep understanding of the market resulted in the sale of a Hamptons-style turnkey home in the prestigious Georgica Estate area for its full asking price of $25 million, a testament to her unique ability to match the perfect property with the right buyer.
Beate currently represents some of the most exquisite properties throughout the Hamptons. Among these are two single and separate lots offering 300+/- feet of direct bay frontage in the private association of Bay Haven, in the village of North Haven, a 1.6+/- acre building lot in Georgica Association, East Hampton with extraordinary water views and a designer appointed mansion situated on 3.5+/- acres in Bridgehampton.
Specializing in unique, high-end sales, some of Beate’s historic notable achievements include selling the 1776 Investment Corp. estate on Gin Lane in Southampton twice, with the second sale at a record-breaking $65 million. On both occasions, Beate represented the selling and listing side of the deal, reflecting the trust and loyalty that she engenders in her clients. She also sold an oceanfront property on Meadow Lane in Southampton at $41 million, $7 million over the asking price, a record price for a two-acre estate.
