Barb Shepherd brings to Harbor Sotheby's International Realty a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism. A Michigan State University graduate, her background in marketing and management complement her real estate career. With a combined total of 33 years in sales, she has worked with buyers and sellers of various property types and is a very capable negotiator in any setting. She began her real estate career in Vail, Colorado and is now practicing in Northern Michigan, specializing in waterfront, in-town, and country properties. Barb is an active member of numerous associations including the Walloon Lake Association, the Harbor Springs and Petoskey Chambers of Commerce, and volunteers at numerous area events. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors. She is an appointed member of the Emmet Association of Realtors Tribunal committee. A native Michigander, Barb has lived in Harbor Springs with her husband, Ken, for almost 30 years. She is an enthusiastic outdoorswoman, loves entertaining, and enjoys time with her family.
