Cross-trained in management and relocation as well as leasing and sales my background enables me to be an effective advocate for both buyers and sellers. Having owned my own turn-key design and Construction Company, my understanding to provide the various aspects of a home both behind the walls and the finishes to the home, promote a sales approach of comfort and trust with my clients. I am particularly sensitive to the need to keep my clients well informed throughout the process with weekly reports on activity and changes in the marketplace. My attention to detail is evident from the beginning of a project through the closing. The personal connection with my clients is my favorite part of being a Realtor. I don’t just help people buy or sell, I help them find the right property they can call home and create a new chapter in their lives. SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification has helped me develop the business skills and resources for specializing in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, connecting to a network of resources and fostering empathy with clients, customers and their families.
