She also has proficiency working with all property types, including residential, industrial, office, shopping centers, mixed use, and land improvements.

She was a top producing agent in Miami, focusing on various development projects in the downtown area before resettling back to her home state of California. Real estate is an ever-changing industry and therefore Ashley loves to be constantly learning. Earning her MBA,
she is exceedingly knowledgeable in the areas of sales, finance, and management . She is also in the process of completing her CCIM Designation to become a recognized expert in the sphere of commercial and investment real estate.

In her off time, she enjoys travel, exploring new cultures, sailing, tennis, and skiing. Most of all, she loves to spoil Chloe, her corgi.
