April Puciata grew up in NJ and spent her summers on the Jersey Shore.

After receiving a BS in Communications from Boston University, she moved to NYC, where she worked in publishing and earned an MFA in Creative Writing from the New School.

Her path shifted when she began to practice and study yoga. April became a sought-after yoga and meditation teacher and trainer who has traveled the world leading retreats.

After teaching in NYC, she moved to Washington DC, where she continued teaching and creating her own programs and trainings.

She loves working with people and helping them live better lives.

Her interest in real estate began in NYC, where she purchased and sold her first home.

Then, when she sold her condo in DC, the agent she worked with was stellar - and April learned the difference it makes to have good guidance and support along the way.

In 2016, April decided to move back to NJ to be close to her family. She lives in Asbury Park, where she is on the Board of her building.

When Covid 19 closed yoga studios, April brought all her teaching online and became even more aware of how important it was for people to have a home that served their needs.

She decided she wanted to continue to serve in this way and is now thrilled to be a part of Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty.

April brings a unique and powerful skill set to real estate.

As a yoga and meditation teacher, she has worked with a wide variety of clientele, including students, attorneys, celebrities, wall street executives, and athletes. April values each client and understands each will have different wants and needs.

She has experience guiding people in and through stressful situations and life transitions. And she always desires to serve in her clients' best interests.
