Ann Hay Hardy serves as the President of Frank Hardy Sotheby's International Realty. A Charlottesville native, she grew up in the real estate business, working with her family's company. Ann Hay attended St. Anne's Belfield School and holds a BFA in Film from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Her professional journey began with a stint in the London fashion industry, followed by a move to Los Angeles to work in television. In 2007, Ann Hay returned to Virginia, joining her family's business as a full time broker. Under her leadership, the firm affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty in 2015 and has maintained its position as the top luxury brokerage in Charlottesville since 2008.

Ann Hay is known for her effective communication and commitment to meeting clients' needs. Experienced in both residential and estate markets, her diverse living experiences contribute to a global perspective on real estate. In 2020 alone she was a top 3 agent for all sales over $5MM, top 5 agent for all sales over $2MM, and top 10 agent for sales over $1MM. In her career thus far she is ranked a top 2 agent in her firm and top 20 for volume in all sales over $1MM, making her one of Charlottesville's top brokers for the upper end.

Ann Hay and her husband, a photographer, reside in Albemarle County with their two sons. Actively involved in the community, Ann Hay supports various non-profit organizations. When not working, she enjoys playing tennis.
