Ann’s passion is helping clients accomplish their real estate goals. Her mission is to guide buyers and sellers through the complexities of the dynamic, local real estate market and their real estate transaction. After graduating from Agnes Scott College with a dual degree in Economics and English, Ann worked with a preeminent appraisal company in Atlanta valuing properties. This experience gave her analytical skills that are beneficial to all types of real estate transactions. In 1987, she moved to St. Simons Island to join her husband Wallace, a St. Simons native, who has a legal practice in the area. The Harrell’s have two daughters, Elizabeth and Laura Ann. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Northwestern University, and she is married to Austin Wallace, a resident at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Elizabeth works with Boston Consulting Group. Laura Ann graduated with a Master's in Education from the University of Georgia. She is a teacher at Richard Russell Middle School in middle Georgia.

A top producer and Associate Broker, Ann is a lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence and has received numerous sales awards. Ann loves community involvement and serves on the Victory Board of the American Cancer Society. She is also a member of the Cassina Garden Club and the St. Simons Cotillion. In addition, she is an active member of Christ Church, Frederica, and she is a Live Oak Society member of the St Simons Land Trust.

Ann’s love affair with the Golden Isles began when she vacationed here as a child with her family. She is grateful to live and work in such a beautiful place.
