Angela Neeb is a lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. area, having lived in McLean, N. Arlington, Annapolis, Bethesda, and Washington, D.C. She started her career in commercial real estate at The Mills Corporation. As a principal in Neeb Investments LLC, Angela owned, renovated, leased, and sold many single-family residential properties with values ranging from $900,000 to $2.7M. She supervised the planning, design, and construction for several projects, including a tear down and new build waterfront construction in Annapolis; preservation and restoration of a historic property in Logan Circle; and buy and hold single family housing leasing program in Bethesda. Angela collaborates with exceptional contractors and designers across the wide gamut of property types and makes this knowledge available to her clients. She navigates the acquisition process by obtaining approvals, renovation execution, leasing, and sales. Angela’s expertise expands beyond the Washington, D.C. metro area. She is currently a member of Colleton River Club in Bluffton, South Carolina, and the Setai Resort and Residences in Miami Beach, Florida. Angela is philanthropically involved with Doorways for Women and Families, and contributed her time and assistance at the NOVA Cool Cats Special Hockey, and Chesapeake Bay Foundation. She is also a member of the Smithsonian Council for American History. Angela graduated Cum Laude from George Mason University, with a BA. in Communication. She has four children who attended Arlington Public Schools, Landon School, and Georgetown Prep, and she remains active with the alumni community of each school. She is a member of Washington Golf and Country Club in Arlington, Virginia where her family enjoys tennis and golf. Angela’s unique sensibilities allow her to provide exceptional service while anticipating her client’s needs. She enjoys meeting each client, learning their story, and working as a trusted partner to them on their journey to buying or selling their home.
