With dual roles of Agent and Director of Agent Development for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and Business Coach of our Cobb Office, Andy wears several hats. Still, his number one goal is to help his clients and the agents he serves by passionately showing them the good in every situation. This passion translates directly into real estate and the mission of helping homeowners live in their ideal homes. His skills, developed in other areas of his career, help his clients and agents find solutions, analyze our constantly changing market and negotiate the complicated business of real estate. By providing professional real estate consultation to seller and buyer clients involved in residential real estate throughout Metro Atlanta, Andy ensures each client receives an experience tailored to them. Andy is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® and has been named a 2023 Emerging Leader.

A lifelong Georgian, Andy has traveled to 14 countries and all over the US for business and pleasure but has always called the Peach State his home. Andy attended the Georgia Institute of Technology in Downtown Atlanta. He made his home in Athens, Georgia, after college and worked and served in that community for many years. He then spent three years splitting time between South Georgia and Buckhead, where he has worked and served in both communities. He and his wife, Anna, currently live in Marietta with his two sons and their two cats. Old Marietta was their ideal choice to be close to Atlanta proper but also have that perfect small-town feel.

His main charitable focus is with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society dedicating his energy to creating a world with blood cancers. He is also an avid reader, a runner and loves to travel.
