As Managing Broker of the Cobb office, Andy uses his skills and industry knowledge to help agents grow their careers and provide their clients with the highest level of service, whether they are first-time homebuyers or selling their custom dream homes here in this vibrant metropolitan area.

His guiding principle is finding the good in every situation. This principle translates directly into real estate and the mission of helping homeowners live the life they dream of. His skills, developed in other areas of his career, help his agents find solutions for their clients, analyze our constantly changing market and negotiate the complicated business of real estate. By furthering professional real estate consultation in residential real estate throughout Metro Atlanta, Andy ensures agents deliver an unmatched experience to their seller and buyer clients. Andy is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® and was a 2023 Emerging Leader.

Andy is a true Georgian, having lived here his entire life. His travels have taken him to 14 countries and across the US, but he always returns to the Peach State. After growing up in South Georgia, Andy attended the Georgia Institute of Technology in Downtown Atlanta. After college, Andy settled in Athens, Georgia, where he worked and served that community for many years. Currently, he and his wife, Anna, live in Marietta with their two sons and two cats. They chose Old Marietta in Cobb County for its proximity to Atlanta and charming small-town atmosphere, demonstrating Andy's deep appreciation of the diverse lifestyles available in Georgia.

Outside of his professional life, Andy is deeply committed to giving back to the community. His primary charitable endeavor is with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, where he dedicates his energy to the fight against blood cancers. This commitment to service extends beyond his work and into his personal life, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact. Andy is an avid reader, runner and travel enthusiast in his spare time.
