Andrea has transitioned to residential real estate sales after two decades’ experience as a home purchaser, home seller and as a residential home designer and developer with successful residential property design and development projects completed in Southern California, New Hampshire and Maine.

Prior to residential home design and development, Andrea was a sportswear designer and merchandise manager in the surf industry based in Southern California.

Andrea is a dedicated professional with a passion for synchronizing her client’s real estate vision with budget expectations. With her background in design interpretation, Andrea enables home buyers to conceptualize the hidden potential in properties that others may not envision. Are there subtle and affordable modifications in design or color scheme that can generate major impact for the property? How might the property be configured differently to meet client needs?

Andrea understands the planning and execution of a major home relocation, having herself experienced the complexities of a cross-country relocation from Southern California to New England and Southern Florida. A smooth transition to a new home contributes immensely in adjusting to new surroundings of a relocation.

Andrea is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in art and design. She holds a professional designation in Design from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with additional master’s level work in design and merchandising at California State University Northridge. She is a member of the Palm Beach and the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors and is a licensed Florida and New Hampshire Realtor.
