Whether it be the rolling hills of a cattle farm, or the exquisite arch of an indoor dressage arena…a lifestyle surrounded by animals is Amber’s passion.

It’s what she loves and excites her as she assists clients in buying and selling farms. Her own love of horses began at a young age when she started stadium jumping, but found her true calling in dressage that continues to today. The foundation of dressage is built on a relationship of rider and horse working together for a desired outcome. Amber approaches her clients in the same way, building a base of enduring trust for successful results.

Integrous, communicative, and problem-solving would describe Amber as a person; she holds herself to a very high standard. Whenever she is helping a client, she focuses on clear communication and gives them the elevated type of service she would want to receive herself. Many years working in banking with high-risk mortgages provided Amber with a more comprehensive understanding to the purchase and financing side of land ownership.

Amber expanded her luxury real estate knowledge in the Hamptons with a top agent and continues to expand globally into Central America (Costa Rica) – reinforcing the global presence of Sotheby’s International Realty.

A Cincinnati native, she knows the area well and has called multiple counties home including Hamilton and Butler. Currently residing in Warren County that she shares with her husband, baby girl, and rescue dog, Stuart. Just around the corner is the new pony, Peter Pan, who recently joined the family dynamics.

In addition to her commitment to her clientele, Amber is devoted to giving back to her community. She regularly volunteers her time at local animal rescues as well as teaching English as a second language to women and children rescued from trafficking in India and Nepal.

When she steps away from real estate and horses, Amber seeks adventure on the water or in new cities, both domestically and abroad. The pull of a coast line is a common thread in her recent trips including: Naples, Cape Cod, and the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland.
