Amanda Boruff brings a unique background and set of skills to serve her clients. Leveraging 12 years of tax consulting experience at a Big Four accounting firm, along with personal experience of buying and selling in the Chicago market, she is well-equipped to help clients navigate their real estate needs with a sense of urgency and a collaborative approach .

Amanda has a passion for working with both first-time homebuyers and first-time sellers, understanding that each situation has different circumstances and pressures. She actively develops and maintains relationships to serve clients throughout that cycle. To Amanda, a first-time buyer is also a forever client.

With buyers, her goal is to identify their “non-negotiable” needs in a new home and then hone in on the properties and neighborhoods that meet them. With sellers, her goal is to provide a proactive and transparent experience, so that clients understand their home’s positioning in the market and have visibility into the selling process, supported by clear and consistent communication.


Amanda is a long-time Lincoln Park and Lakeview resident, where she lives with her husband, Scott, and PAWS rescue dog, Ivy. She loves to travel abroad but also to act like a tourist in her own city by exploring different neighborhoods to see what they have to offer. A devoted Indiana Hoosier and Cubs fan, she makes it to as many games as possible!
